Edward Hoare was an architect who worked in the late-19th to early-20th centuries, in particular, the period, 1901 to 1911. He may have been connected via his family to Hoare's Bank.
He is most associated with home design and church construction. and both public and private commissions, particularly in the Marylebourne area, with 38 Devonshire Street (which he co-designed with Montague Wheeler) as a notable example. In addition, he is known for his contributions to stylish dwarf houses or mews.
