This site consists of ornamental planted grounds on a steep slope associated with an 1873 town house.

The town house dates from 1873. It is surrounded by ornamentally planted grounds on the steep incline to the River Foyle. A rose garden and part walled garden are under development. There are also two gate lodges, one with grand pedimented gate.
