Berwick Lodge

Introduction

Berwick Lodge is an informal garden on a site dating to 1890. There are remnants of a water garden in the woodland. Other features include: a summer house (dated to around 1890), formal sunken rose garden, specimen trees and yew topiary. The gardens are undergoing restoration (early 1990s).Berwick Lodge is now run as a hotel.(Record updated by Avon Gardens Trust May 2010)
