Claverham House

Introduction

Claverham House is listed Grade II. This is an 18th-century site, with later additions.

Claverham House is dated 1744 and is listed Grade II by English Heritage. Nineteenth-century additons to the site include a wooden summerhouse and a Victorian greenhouse.

Dating from the 18th century is a ha-ha and a walled kitchen garden from the 1740s. Nineteenth-century planting includes specimen trees and a holly hedge. In the 20th century a formal garden was planted outside the ha-ha.
