Evancoyd

Introduction

Evancoyd is a mid-19th-century house and garden overlooking a small park. There are ornamental woodlands in a dingle to the west of the house with late-19th-century tree and shrub planting. The remains of a late-19th-century house that was never completed lie in the park and there is a medieval motte in the garden area.
