- Description: The current house at Glan-yr-afon was designed in 1954 by Neville Conder. Pevsner cites it as 'One of the few examples of good, contemporary domestic architecture in the county.' Its graceful design includes the use of screen walls for plants, an oval conservatory, and the living room, dining room, study, and conservatory are all spatially linked.
