Introduction
Memorial Park is a public park with a war memorial by J Ashton-Floyd. The site is bounded by Crickets Lane, Fraser Street and Old Street. This is a triangular site, with a system of intersecting paths and boundary walks. The park is on the site of Rectory Lodge, which was shown in 1848. The site remains extant.
