Introduction
Tunstall Hall is a nine-bay building dating back to about 1732. In the late-19th century it had extensive ornamental and kitchen gardens, and was approached from the west by a short, tree-lined drive. South of the hall, and partly bounded to the east by the river Tern, was a modest park crossed by drives giving access towards Market Drayton.
