Introduction
The war memorial is a square column featuring bronze plaques near the base carrying the names of the fallen of World War 1. Both this and the gates are listed Grade II. Further stone plaques commemorate the dead of World War 2 and the Korean War. The war memorial is set on high ground within a memorial landscape. It is approached by a long straight path lined by mature trees.
